CORE OPERATIONAL RULES
- NO SHARING OF STUDENT INFORMATION: Privacy is paramount. Any unauthorized sharing or leakage of student data will result in immediate termination of the node.
- PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT: No vulgar or offensive language shall be used during interactions between vendors and students. Maintain elite standards at all times.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION: All disputes or misunderstandings should be reported directly to the Administrators via the Support Hub for immediate mediation.
VENDOR SUBSCRIPTIONS & FEES (Effective July 1st, 2026)
- STANDARD SUBSCRIPTION: To list a service on the platform, vendors must maintain an active standard subscription. The free option and leniency periods have been phased out.
- PRICING TIERS:
GHc 3.00 per week
GHc 6.00 per fortnight
GHc 12.00 per month
GHc 40.00 per semester
GHc 70.00 per year - ENFORCEMENT: Subscription fee collection begins July 1st, 2026. Services cannot be created without an active subscription. Subscriptions ensure the smooth operation, marketing, and maintenance of the marketplace.
FINANCIAL SECURITY
- TRANSACTION COMPLETION: For security, specific payed funds can only be withdrawn by a vendor once the client taps "RECEIVED" within the portal.
