How do I create an account?

Click the Sign Up button and follow the registration process. You'll need to provide your name, email, and phone number.

How do I become a seller?

After creating an account, visit the Seller Center to set up your store. Complete the verification process to start listing products.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Visa, and Mastercard for secure payments.

How does buyer protection work?

Your payment is held in escrow until you confirm receipt of your order. If there's an issue, you can open a dispute within 7 days.

How do I track my order?

Go to your Orders page in the dashboard to view order status and tracking information.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can request a refund within 7 days if the product doesn't match the description or wasn't delivered. Visit our Refund Policy page for details.
